The 2018 Akpụ Youth Movement Cultural Carnival/Youth Day (3rd Edition) kicks off officially by 9:00AM (Nigerian Time) at Obogidi Hall Akpu Village Ukpo; followed by Akpu Youth Day & Beauty Pageant For Mr. & Miss Akpu 2018 by 4:00PM (Nigerian Time) later in the day.
