This is the worst loan app I’ve ever seen, it took 10 days to approve a loan, with there outrageous interest rate, yet the money wasn’t complete,after payment they rejected my new application. Terrible app. I don’t recommend it to anyone. I am deleting the app right away let this be a warning ⚠️ make sure my information is completely deleted from your system. Thank you.

scarm app. don’t open the app unless you are willing to have a loan forced on you with outrageous interest. note! you dnt need to click confirm bfr dey approve n send d stupid loan to you. you will realize it’s all fraud wen u contact customer service.. after I sent their money back to them immediately I got the credit and they are yet to clear my records insisting I must pay d interest. Reported to credit bureau already. lets wait till d supposedly due date.

I opened your app solely to apply for a loan, but after reviewing your repayment terms, I decided not to proceed and opted out. This means I did not borrow any loan from your platform. To my surprise, I noticed that my account was still credited. I have returned the money immediately and want to make it clear that I will not be paying any interest or loan charges, as I did not request or accept the loan. This experience has been very disappointing and feels misleading. Big ole

it’s absolutely horrible, you didn’t disburse any loan to me and yet you’re not allowing me to delete my account telling me to pay for a loan I didn’t get, you messed with the wrong person, if you don’t delete all my personal information from your data and allow me delete my account, I would be reporting this app, for fraud like I said!!!! scammers!!!!

The loan itself was good but how they handle customer is very very bad, is give a 0 star if possible. I’ve taken a loan from them for about 2 times now and on my current one, a personnel from them came to my WhatsApp and started shouting and harassment, when my loan ISN’T EVEN DUE. it was very unprofessional and damn near stupid, I won’t recommend to anyone

Foolish loan company… the worst I’ve ever seen. stay away from their app in your own best interest. super high rate interest imagine borrowing 15k and paying an app maintenance fee of 4k+ and still other charges that rounds up your payback to 25k+ and you’ll still pay 1k for each day of your overdue loan. I had to deactivate my account and stay away from them they’re scammers abeg.

if they was a 0 star I would give. they are very wicked, please avoid them. they added x4 of the money after few days of being overdue. even when I settled half of the payment. they increased the amount due. very wicked and should not be on playstore.

So terrible and in case there will be rubbish at the end of the day Twitter will settle it. I applied for 40k and I was credited 26k I refunded the money instantly and the lady attending to me was saying rubbish, I already screenshot everything in case you want to deny including the transaction and the app itself. I will not pay the 14000 Naira o. I want to delete my details but you didn’t allow it because if anything should happen I will hold you responsible

Worst and Scam App,, please Don’t Ever Try to download it, . I downloaded this app, Never asked for loan was 17k was automatically transferred with repayment of 30k that is 13k charges, I immediately contacted the customer care so I can refund the money that I don’t need a loan, they refused saying I have to pay back the 30k within two weeks.

This app is a big scam, i was giving a loan i didn’t apply for and i was calling the customer care to make complaints but couldn’t reach any of them..do not download this app guys run from them they are scam and the interest is very large.

If it’s possible to give a zero star, I would have done that… This app is wicked. How do you explain requesting for 32k but getting 19,200. Right from their adverts, all through into their app, it’s been deception from start to finish… I am definitely going to pay your money but never using the app again… I would also make sure I do my part in reporting the app… I sincerely hope I won’t be seeing your ads again else I’d make it a duty to always report it.

this is the worst app ever. the interest on overdue is extremely crazy. I don’t know why you people would treat clients as if they steal the money they use in repayment. You guys should work on your overdue interest as it’s very crazy.

I asked for 10k and was sent 6100 I won’t pay that 3900 imagine I was still going through the loan offers the next that happened was alert, not even up to the 10k I was planning on collecting now customer service is calling me telling me to pay the 3900 i owe as in, you sent 6900 and you are telling me to pay 10k i didn’t even ask for the money yet, they just sent it immediately I sent it back

Please in your best interest don’t come anywhere near this app they will collect all your data and will not make you an offer probably after storing it on their database for future use then you will to told to delete your account or reapply another day. they will even go as far as chatting you up on Whatsapp to assure you that you will get the loan but it’s a scam oh run for your life.

verybad app….they eat all the money and ask you to pay. their period extension is just 7days . imagine, I applied for 20k and they gave me 12k to pay 20k in 7days. who does that???? I have never see a worsen app like this one.

This app is so dubious i cant cry, its the worst loan app i ever see I made payment this morning and decided not to collect another loan from them due to there hidden charges and high interest rate with short duration, but to my greatest suprise my account was credited imidiately i made the payment without me requesting for it, 31k was sent to my account for ne to pay 50k in 14 days, i have stated it clear that am only going to return what was sent to my account cus i didn’t request for any loan

Using this app was very helpful to me,but the repayment account which is (moniepoint microfinance bank) is not colliding with the account no, rather I’m seeing (Emmanuel, Fidelity bank), Pls I want to ask, is (Emmanuel, Fidelity bank) the correct acc name and bank name to repay my loan ?, pls treat this with immediate effect because my debt is about to be due soon , thank you.

Absolutely ridiculous app. Hidden fees and charges… High interest, not worth it… I advise you not to download at all… I owed 38k I paid 30k on the due date, 8k left, 2 days later they added a penalty fee of almost 8k, another 2 days later they added another fee of almost 8k so now I’m to pay almost 16k because of 8k due… I will pay the 8k but you will not get that penalty fee from me
